Lehigh Valley pizza lovers, rejoice: ArtsQuest announces first-ever Pizzafest

Lehigh Valley pizza lovers will be able to celebrate all things pizza this fall in Bethlehem.

ArtsQuest announced Tuesday that its first Pizzafest will be held Sept. 29 at the SteelStacks campus on Bethlehem’s South Side.

The festival will feature pizza vendors from the region, as well as entertainment and games. The festival starts at 1 p.m., and tickets are $5 until the week of, when prices go up to $10, according to ArtsQuest.

Early access tickets, which allow guests to go to the festival an hour earlier, are $15. Those tickets will be $20 the week of the event.

The following vendors will be there:

  • Charred
  • Il Forno a Legna
  • J Rad’s Woodfired
  • JerseyRollz Pizza
  • Lehigh Pizza
  • Pat’s Pizza and Bistro
  • PFG Pizza
  • Scarlet Fire Authentic Neapolitan Pizza

More vendors will be announced later. Those interested in being a vendor should contact Kyle Ring, operations specialist, at kring@artsquest.org, or Ryan Hill, senior director of programming, at rhill@artsquest.org.

Pat’s Pizza and Bistro and Domaine Pterion Vineyard & Winery will be offering a charcuterie and wine pairing. Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits and Levy Restaurants will also be offering Italian-themed cocktails and light bites, ArtsQuest said.

Other food vendors include Charlie’s Italian Sausage, Grubnight Food Truck, Kona Ice, Mon and Mel’s Sweet Scoops, Pies to Die For and Travelin’ Toms Coffee, according to the release.
